How G Squared Group LLC handles the information you give us, and what we will never do with it.

The short version. We collect only what you send us through our contact form or by phone, email, or text. We use it to quote and fill your order. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. No exceptions, and no data brokers.

Who we are

G Squared Group LLC (“GSG,” “we,” “us”) is a mattress and sleep-products business based in Hixson, Tennessee, with a leased warehouse in Conover, North Carolina. This policy covers this website, gsgwholesale.com, and the ways we communicate with dealers and retail customers.

What we collect

Information you give us directly

Our contact form asks for your business name, contact name, email address, phone number, business type, city and state, approximate monthly volume, and whatever you write in the message field. Only the contact name, email, and message are required; the rest help us quote accurately.

If you call, text, or email us instead, we keep the contact details and order information you provide so we can quote, invoice, and deliver.

Information collected automatically

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and stores nothing in your browser. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and reliability.

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. That request tells Google your IP address and browser, as any request to a third-party server would. We do not send Google anything about you beyond that.

Spam protection

The contact form includes a hidden field that people never see and automated bots usually fill in. Submissions with that field completed are discarded and never reach us.

How we use it

  • To answer your inquiry and quote pricing for your account.
  • To set up a dealer account, take orders, invoice, and arrange pickup or delivery.
  • To follow up about an order, a quote, or your account.
  • To keep our own business records, including invoices and payment history.
  • To meet legal, tax, and resale-certificate obligations.

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not run behavioral advertising.

Text messages and phone calls

If you give us your mobile number, we may call or text you about your quote, order, or account. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or lead-generation purposes. Mobile numbers are used only for our own communication with you about your business with us.

We also operate a private internal assistant that texts only our own staff. It is not used to message customers. Details are on our Messaging Program page.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as much as they need:

  • Hosting and infrastructure — to serve this website and store our records.
  • Email delivery — to route contact-form submissions to our inbox.
  • Messaging — to send and receive text messages.
  • Payment processing — to take payment. We do not store full card numbers ourselves.
  • Freight and delivery partners — the name, address, and phone needed to deliver your order.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property. We do not sell your information, and we do not provide it to data brokers or marketing networks.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not become orders are kept while they are still commercially useful and then removed. Order, invoice, and tax records are kept as long as tax and business-record law requires.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Our business systems require authentication, and access to customer records is restricted to the people who need it. Our contact form writes to a database using an insert-only credential, so a problem with the website cannot expose existing records. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Your choices

  • Opt out of texts — reply STOP to any message.
  • Opt out of email — ask us and we will stop.
  • Access, correct, or delete — email sales@gsgwholesale.com and we will handle it, subject to records we are legally required to keep.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information. Contact us and we will honor them.

Children

This is a business-to-business and general retail site. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we use your information will be described here.
