What text messages G Squared Group sends, who receives them, and how consent is recorded.

We do not send marketing texts. G Squared Group operates one text-messaging program: a private internal assistant used by our own staff to run the business. It does not message customers or prospects, and it is never used for promotional content.
Program: GSG Internal Operations Assistant
Operated by: G Squared Group LLC, Hixson, Tennessee
Purpose: Our owner and authorized staff text an internal assistant to do routine operational work: create draft invoices, look up product pricing and warehouse stock, check outstanding balances, and set reminders. The assistant replies with the result.
Who receives messages: Only staff phone numbers we have explicitly added to the system’s allowlist. Every recipient is a member of our own business. No customer, dealer, prospect, or purchased list is or can be enrolled.
Message type: Two-way, conversational, and internal — always a reply to a message a staff member sent first, or a reminder that same staff member scheduled for themselves.
Message frequency: Varies with our own workload. Typically a handful of messages on a working day, and none on days no one texts it.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply, charged by the recipient’s own carrier. GSG charges nothing for this.
Keywords: Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out immediately; the number is deactivated in the allowlist and receives nothing further. Reply START to opt back in.
Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How consent is obtained and recorded
Because every recipient is our own staff member, enrollment is not a public sign-up. There is no web form, keyword campaign, or advertisement, because there is nothing for the public to opt into.
A number receives messages only if it has been added by hand to an allowlist table in our own system, running on hardware we own. Adding a number requires direct administrative access to that system. Removing one takes effect immediately.
The owner enrolled his own business number — the same number published throughout this website — by adding it to that allowlist himself. That record is the consent record, and it is reproduced below.

This reflects the allowlist table our assistant checks before it replies to anything. A message from any number not listed above is discarded and receives no reply.
What this program does not do
- No marketing, promotional, or advertising messages of any kind.
- No messages to customers, dealers, prospects, or the general public.
- No bulk, broadcast, or campaign sending.
- No purchased, rented, or imported phone lists.
- No sharing of mobile numbers or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Customer communication, separately
When you contact us as a customer or dealer, we may call or text you directly about your quote, order, or account — person to person, from our business line. That is ordinary business correspondence, not a messaging campaign, and you can tell us to stop at any time.
